Featuring venerable musicians of the Bang on a Roomful of Teeth All-Stars, Michael Schelle and Miho Sasaki will present a program of contemporary chamber works featuring piano, accordion, voice, percussion, winds, brass, and strings.

Eric will lead a workshop that outlines what it takes to maintain a portfolio career at Purdue Fort Wayne University. In particular, Salazar will cover how you can use grants, fellowships, and residencies to fund creative work. We’ll cover how to find opportunities, and how to modify your writing style to make your application stand out.

In this workshop, Eric Salazar (The Clarinet Guy) will break down the networking process and provide tools to help you meet people and expand your professional network.

Salazar will lead an improvisation workshop with students of the Indianapolis Suzuki Academy.

Forward Motion will perform at the Indianapolis Airport in the Civic Plaza, featuring Jennifer Page (flute), Eric Salazar (clarinet), and Allison Vickery (piano).

In this workshop, we'll delve into the essential skills that today's musicians need but often struggle with: marketing, branding, and managing multiple roles in an ever-evolving industry.
